Boasting superior comfort and stability, this black and silver edition of the New Balance 990 v5 Made In US Shoes have a premium, streamlined aesthetic and use a selection of first-class materials for a superb finish. A combination of black pigskin and breathable mesh has been used for the uppers, with stylised rubber overlays along the midpoints and reflective inserts on the ‘N’ letter branding on the outer sections. Black cotton laces offer a secure fit whilst the wide tongue has a centralised decorative design at the top showing a mirrored ‘Made in the USA’ flag above printed ‘990v5’ lettering. At the back of the heel an additional logo insert sits above a metallic silver shaped panel and grey ‘990’ text is visible along the right outer edge.

Providing reliable support and durability when worn everyday, ENCAP technology has been added within the midsole, in addition to an EVA core. Encouraging this design to stand out further, the blown rubber outsole is coloured in various tones of grey whilst the tread has a pattern crafted especially to provide a high level of grip and traction.
